2. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

2.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs if you chose a delivery option other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than:

  • 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or
  • 14 days after you provide evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier

We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Conditions for Returns

3.1 Unopened Products

Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund. The seal must be intact.

3.2 Opened Products

Due to hygiene and safety regulations for dietary supplements, opened products may only be returned if:

  • The product is defective or damaged
  • The product differs from what was ordered
  • The product has quality issues

For opened products returned under the right of withdrawal, we may deduct an amount for the diminished value of the goods.

3.3 Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
  • Products that have been used beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods
